“As many as received Him, to them gave He Power” John 1: 12.
“I was in vision taken to heaven, and the angel said to me, “Look!” I looked to the world as it was in dense darkness. The agony that came over me was indescribable as I saw this darkness… and I began to see jets of light like stars dotted all through this darkness; and then I saw another and another added light, and so all through this moral darkness the star-like lights were increasing. And the angel said, “These are they that believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and are obeying the words of Christ. These are the light of the world”… I saw then these little jets of light growing brighter, shining forth from the east and the west, from the north and the south, and lighting the whole world… and some of the lights would grow brighter and brighter, and their brightness was far-reaching, and many more lights were added to it.” 1 Selected Messages, p. 76
I’ve had to ask myself two serious questions.
1. Am I getting used to the “dense darkness” coming over this world, our beautiful country, and the churches of Christianity? I’m sadly reminded of all the churches in Germany who went silent about the truth during the Holocaust! 😢
2. Am I honestly and truly going to be one of the star-like lights growing brighter, shining forth and lighting the whole world? God has always had His people! 😄 Revelation 14: 1-5
If so, now is a “Time of Decision!”
Why? Because the traditional churches have failed to bring their members into “Oneness” with God and have lost their Fire. (1 Samuel 4: 21). Consequently, You and I have to be the church-the rescuers-the simple solution to a complex problem. Thousands of little lights living it. Demonstrating the glory of God in their lives, marriages, and families. Reaching out touching a world in darkness from drinking the wine of Babylon. Warning every nation, kindred, tongue, and people to separate themselves from the moral darkness. Revelation 14: 6-12.
Individuals rescuing individuals. Families rescuing families all over the world, here and there. God’s simple solution to a world under extreme assault. An army of star-like lights scattered throughout the land living in complete trust-dependence and acting in total unison under God's leadership. Ezekiel 1: 15-21
Just as in the Battle of Dunkirk during World War II. When 338,000 Service men were rescued by mom and pop fishing boats from England. A whole army was surrounded and stranded in France and were about to be annihilated by the Nazi machine. The large ships couldn’t get in, so God used a small force of every day fisherman taking their boats and rescuing some 5, some 10, some 20 and bringing them to safe shores. Everyday ordinary people, under the auspices of God saved an army. That’s the picture! You and I under God rescuing the true in heart.
“The laborers will be qualified rather by the unction of His Spirit than by the training of literary institutions. Men of faith and prayer will be constrained to go forth with holy zeal, declaring the words which God gives them.” Great Controversy, p. 606
These are “Solemn Times” and they are getting darker and darker. The fix is not political or cultural but Spiritual at the core. We will either be absorbed and assimilated into the cesspool of society gone amok or we will be part of, “Making ready a people prepared for the Lord” Luke 1: 17.
Remember... Not to decide is to decide!
